2. General Data Collection (Website Visit)

When you visit our website, we automatically collect server log data, including an anonymised IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and the date and time of access. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and optimisation of our website. The data is deleted after 7 days. 3. Cookies und Tracking-Tools

  • Cookies: Notwendige Cookies (Session) für Funktionalität; Tracking-Cookies (z. B. Google Analytics) nur mit Einwilligung via Cookie-Banner (Opt-in, § 25 TTDSG).

4. Kontaktformular

Über das Formular erfassen wir Name, E-Mail, Telefon, Nachricht. Verarbeitung zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung). Speicherung bis Klärung, dann Löschung.

5. Reservierungen per Telefon

Bei Telefonreservierungen notieren wir Name, Telefonnummer, Datum/Anzahl Personen für Abwicklung. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Speicherung bis nach Besuch, dann Löschung (außer Buchhaltung: 10 Jahre). Keine Weitergabe.

6. Ihre Rechte

Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Widerruf der Einwilligung jederzeit. Beschwerde bei der Landesdatenschutzbeauftragten NRW.
